# Welcome to ObservV

> What ObservV is, who this guide is for, and how to use it.

## What is ObservV?

ObservV is a reality-capture platform for documenting, organizing, and sharing photos of physical locations.

You upload photos, including 360° photos, into a structured digital representation of a property. ObservV then helps you organize those photos by floors and hotspots, add context with attached photos and Markers, and share selected content through Projects and Tours.

## Who this guide is for

* **Administrators** setting up roles, members, and access for an organization.
* **Content managers** responsible for creating and managing properties, photos, Projects, Tours, and Markers.
* **Uploaders and viewers** capturing, uploading, and reviewing photos.
* **Externals and limited-access users** working with specific properties or Projects.
