# Hotspots

> Add, name, move, and delete the points on a floor where photos are stored.

## Overview

Hotspots are placed on a floor plan to show where photos were captured. Each hotspot belongs to a floor and can contain one or more photos.

## How to add a hotspot

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the floor">
    Open the property and select the floor where you want to add the hotspot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open edit mode">
    Click **Edit**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Activate hotspot mode">
    Activate hotspot mode.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Place the hotspot">
    Click the location on the floor plan where you want to add the hotspot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name the hotspot">
    Enter the **Hotspot name**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**.
  </Step>

## How to edit a hotspot

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the floor">
    Open the property and select the floor containing the hotspot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open edit mode">
    Click **Edit**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Activate hotspot mode">
    Activate hotspot mode.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the hotspot">
    Select the hotspot you want to edit.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update the hotspot">
    Edit the **Hotspot name**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**.
  </Step>

## How to move a hotspot

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the floor">
    Open the property and select the floor containing the hotspot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open edit mode">
    Click **Edit**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Activate hotspot mode">
    Activate hotspot mode.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Move the hotspot">
    Drag the hotspot to its new position on the floor plan.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**.
  </Step>

## How to trash a hotspot

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the floor">
    Open the property and select the floor containing the hotspot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open edit mode">
    Click **Edit**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Activate hotspot mode">
    Activate hotspot mode.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the hotspot">
    Select the hotspot you want to trash.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Delete the hotspot">
    Click the **trash** icon.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Confirm the action.
  </Step>
