Overview

External access applies when a person outside your Organization is given access to a Property or Project. An External is not a member of your Organization. Their access comes from the Property roles or Project roles assigned to them.

How External access works

An External with Property or Project access can:
  • Be invited even if they are not part of any Organization.
  • Be assigned access without receiving a Global role in your Organization.
  • Hold Property roles, Project roles, or both.
A person does not need to belong to an Organization to be assigned a Property or Project role.
