How to read this matrix
- ✓ means the permission is included.
- Optional means the permission can be granted to the role.
- — means the permission is not available for that role.
Global roles
¹ Does not include permanently deleting Properties.

³ Global Uploaders can edit or trash content they created for up to 24 hours. If another member modifies it first, they can no longer edit or trash it.
Property roles

Project roles
⁶ Team Leaders can add, edit, and remove Uploaders and Viewers only. They cannot assign or manage Team Leaders or Project Managers.
Manage projects: A member whose Global or Property role includes Manage projects can manage every Project on the relevant Property without being added as a Project member.They can manage Project members and roles, upload Project photos, edit the Project name and expiry date, and add or remove Project hotspots.Archiving or deleting a Project remains limited to Account Owners and Global Account Managers.
