Overview

Tours and Markers use the same four visibility levels.

The four levels

  • Subject to permissions. Anyone with property permissions can access this Tour or Marker.
  • All Organization members. Everyone in the organization can access this Tour or Marker.
  • All ObservV users. Anyone with an ObservV account can access this Tour or Marker.
  • Public. Anyone can access this Tour or Marker. No account is required.

Notes and limits

Tours: visibility is locked after creation. You cannot change a Tour’s visibility once it has been created. If you need a different audience, create a new Tour.
Permission to set higher visibility. The ability to create Tours and Markers at higher visibility levels, including All Organization members, All ObservV users, and Public, is controlled by separate permissions on each role. See the Permissions matrix.
