Overview
Trash is a property-level area where you can review content that has been moved to Trash. You can restore content that is still needed or permanently delete content that is no longer required.Trash list and Trash mode
When you click Trash, you can choose:- Trash list to review content that has been moved to Trash across the property, see its count and size, and restore or permanently delete it.
- Activate trash mode to view the selected floor with all hotspots, including hotspots that are in Trash and hotspots that contain trashed photos.
How to read Trash mode
Hotspot colour shows whether the hotspot itself is in Trash. A number on the hotspot shows how many trashed photos it contains.
A TRASHED label on a photo means that the photo is in Trash.
The number on a hotspot is the number of trashed photos in that hotspot. It is not the total number of photos in the hotspot.
Navigate in Trash mode
Use the floor and hotspot dropdowns in the breadcrumbs to find trashed content while Trash mode is active.- In the floor dropdown, a red number shows how many hotspots are in Trash on that floor.
- A red Trashed label in the floor dropdown means that the floor itself is in Trash.
- In the hotspot dropdown, a red number shows how many photos are in Trash in that hotspot.
- A red Trashed label in the hotspot dropdown means that the hotspot itself is in Trash.
Restore or delete from Trash mode
You can restore or permanently delete content directly from Trash mode.- Open the item menu for a floor or hotspot to use the available Restore, Delete, and Details actions.
- Photos in Trash display a TRASHED label.
- Open a trashed photo to use its available Restore, Delete, and Details actions.
Trash actions
The actions available depend on what is selected and where you are viewing it.- View opens the selected item so you can review its trashed content.
- Restore restores the selected floor, hotspot, or photo.
- Restore all restores all applicable trashed content within the selected item.
- Delete permanently deletes the selected floor, hotspot, photo, or Bucket content.
- Delete all permanently deletes all content currently in Trash for the property.
- Details opens the details for the selected item.

Open the property
Open the property.

Select a floor
Select the floor you want to review.

Review the hotspots
Use the hotspot colour and number to identify hotspots that are in Trash and hotspots that contain trashed photos.
How to restore trashed content

Open Trash
Open the Trash list or activate Trash mode.

Find the content
Find the floor, hotspot, or photo you want to restore.

Open the actions
Open the item menu, or open the photo if you are restoring a photo.

Restore
Click Restore or Restore all, depending on what is available.

Confirm
Confirm the restore action if prompted.
How to permanently delete trashed content

Open Trash
Open the Trash list or activate Trash mode.

Find the content
Find the floor, hotspot, photo, or Bucket content you want to permanently delete.

Open the actions
Open the item menu, or open the photo if you are deleting a photo.

Delete
Click Delete. To permanently delete everything currently in Trash for the property, click Delete all.

Confirm
Confirm the permanent deletion.
