Overview

Redactions cover parts of a photo so they cannot be seen by viewers. You can manage redactions over time and, if required, permanently delete the unredacted original.

How to redact a photo

Open the photo

Open the property and the photo.

Open redact

Click Edit, then select Redact.

Choose the view

Choose Real view or Editing view.

Configure the brush

Select Paint or Erase, and adjust brush size and color.

Apply redactions

Apply the redactions.

Adjust if needed

Use Undo, Redo, or Clear if needed.

Save

Click Save.
Real view shows the photo as viewers will see it. Editing view helps you see the areas of the photo covered by your redactions.

How to remove redactions

Open the photo

Open the property and the redacted photo.

Open Manage redactions

Click Edit and open Manage redactions.

Remove redactions

Click Remove redactions.

Confirm

Review the side-by-side comparison and confirm.

How to delete the original unredacted photo

One-way action. Once the original unredacted photo is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Click Edit and open Manage redactions.

Delete the original

Click Delete original.
