Overview
Project roles are fixed and cannot be customized.
Each Project member is assigned one of four roles:
Project Manager, Team Leader, Uploader, or Viewer
Project roles apply only inside the Project.
Each Project role has its own permissions. For the full permission breakdown, see Permissions matrix.
The four Project roles
Anyone with access to a Project can see all members of that Project and all photos, hotspots, and floors that have been added to it.
Access through Global and Property roles
A Project role is not the only way someone can access a Project.
A member whose Global or Property role includes Manage projects can manage every Project on the relevant Property without being added as a Project member. They can manage Project members and roles, upload Project photos, edit the Project name and expiry date, and add or remove Project hotspots.
Archiving or deleting a Project remains limited to Account Owners and Global Account Managers.
