Overview

Project roles are fixed and cannot be customized. Each Project member is assigned one of four roles: Project Manager, Team Leader, Uploader, or Viewer. Project roles apply only inside the Project. Each Project role has its own permissions. For the full permission breakdown, see Permissions matrix.

The four Project roles

  • Project Manager. Full editing access to all areas of the Project, including managing members and settings.
  • Team Leader. Can add and remove Uploaders. Has no control over Project settings. Cannot upload photos to a hotspot in a Project, only attached photos.
  • Uploader. Can upload attached photos, comment on photos, view floors in the Project, and view others’ photos in the Project. Cannot upload photos to a hotspot in a Project and cannot manage members or settings.
  • Viewer. Can comment on photos, view floors in the Project, and view others’ photos in the Project. Cannot upload photos and cannot manage members or settings.
Anyone added to a Project can see all members, all photos, all hotspots, and all floors.
